2005 F350 6.0: Previously studded, arrived pushing coolant. Testing confirmed the infamous 6.0 diagnosis… blown head gasket(s). Tear down found damaged valves and warped head.
New heads & gaskets installed.

2016 Ford F250 6.7L 6R140 transmission.
Vehicle towed in; does not move. Completed tear down to point of failure.

Findings: input shaft weld broken at 4-5-6 overdrive drum.

Ford spin-welded the input shaft to the overdrive drum. These welds can completely break free from the drum rendering vehicle undrivable, requiring transmission overhaul as only means of repair.

Meet Angie. Of course we saved the best for last. The other names she’s called probably aren’t appropriate for social media but she is definitely the HBIC. For almost a decade she has been the receptionist, accountant, parts and service advisor, nurse & most recently the social media manager; the best freaking admin ever (so says her parking sign).

She survives solely on ni****ne, Mountain Dew and few hours of sleep and her moods swing dependent upon time of day and hormonal imbalances.
Aside from her boyish figure, poor choice in men and ability to cry on cue, she keeps the techs on task, manages customer relations and she birthed the greatest addition to the shop: Nate.

All jokes aside, our technicians and their experience, hard work & dedication play a major role in keeping this business...

Meet Noah, affectionately known as “Bear”. The most no-nonsense and sarcastic of all our techs, he is our diesel mechanic who knows a lot about everything and hasn’t owned a Cummins he didn’t break.
He swears “it” touches the water when he sits, which has yet to be proven, but he is otherwise trustworthy in all other aspects around the shop. He is a teacher to our younger techs and he’s fluent in sarcasm.
And like his little brother, Lips, he is single too but no ladies, he’s not interested.
