The past few weeks have put Riggs Roadside Assistance to the test. Our F-250 remains at the Ford dealership, our primary Suburban is waiting on a transmission, and a promising new technician realized that the demands of roadside work weren’t the right fit for him.
Despite these challenges, we continue moving forward and serving our community. Our backup Suburban may not be the prettiest vehicle on the road, but she is dependable—and so are we.
Roadside assistance involves much more than changing tires and jump-starting batteries. It requires experience, patience, critical thinking, and the determination to find solutions when someone is stranded.
