let me explain , I come out and do a diagnostic for you to get the work done else where and not pay me for looking ?

It doesn’t work like that …. My time, my knowledge I spent years /decades learning , and my money spent on thousands dollars of tool I have !
Just curious as a business owner , do you allow them type of customers / behavior into your business ?
Ps , this is all because someone had got a recommendation to come to me , which they did , gave a diag , and explained and gave them a hell of deal , they just needed to buy the parts , for what is needed to be done , the customer took part of what I said and said it to a different business then they went and did the repairs and here they are calling me about doing another diag and this and that cause something else needs fixing !
I’m gonna tell you take it to the same shop who worked on it !
