Opening Night competition: Our SQUASH RACE is returning!! Help us make it a smashing success again this year and start planning your car today!
📆 Tuesday, August 29th

📍Side ramp of the Grange Hall
Age Groups: 10 and under & 11-18
Rules:
1. Cars must be built and completed at home.
2. Any kind of squash can be used
3. NO electronic or propulsion components can be added
4. Completed car can not be bigger than a sheet of paper (8.5x11)
5. Must have at least 3 tires
6. Tires must be attached to the squash with axles.
The first squash across the finish line in each age group wins! In the case of a lot of participants, the fair committee will divide the participants into smaller groups while still remaining in their age group. The winners will have a race off with the other winner(s) in their age group. If no squash makes it across the finish line, the winner will be determined by the closest car to the finish line. All of our contests and competitions are to be fun for everyone, no unsportsmanlike conduct will be tolerated.
Prize: $50 for each age group (Split in the case of a tie)
