💜 **I’M ASKING MY FRIENDS FOR A LITTLE HELP TODAY.** 💜

Sometimes the biggest challenge isn't that a great resource doesn't exist.

**It's that people simply don't know it exists.**

That's why I'm asking my Facebook and LinkedIn friends to help me spread the word about **HANNA Z Adult Day Care** in Greece.

HANNA Z needs more participation, and I truly believe **awareness is the key**. There are caregivers all around us caring for a spouse, parent, sibling, or loved one who may desperately need a break—but they don't know where to turn.

**I know, because I'm one of those caregivers.**

HANNA Z has truly been a **lifesaver for me and my family.** It gives my wife a place filled with friendship, activities, laughter, kindness, and JOY. And it gives me something every caregiver needs but doesn't always admit they need:

**TIME TO RECHARGE.**

Caregiver respite isn't selfish. We need time to work, run errands, go to an appointment, have lunch with a friend—or sometimes just sit quietly and catch our breath. Taking care of ourselves helps us continue taking care of the people we love.

🎶 **It's Friday... and my heart is full!** 🎶

🎵 *Ain't life a little sweeter when you've got something to smile about?* 🎵

Today, I'm feeling incredibly grateful.

Grateful for another Friday.
Grateful for my beautiful wife.
Grateful for the amazing angels at **HANNA Z** who fill her days with laughter, friendship, music, games, and love.
And grateful for every caregiver out there who keeps showing up every single day.

Being a caregiver isn't always easy. Some days are exhausting. But places like HANNA Z remind me that joy still exists—and sometimes, all it takes is a room full of smiles and people who truly care.

So here's to Friday!

Turn up the music.
Count your blessings.
Dance a little.
Laugh a lot.
And don't forget to tell the people you love just how much they mean to you.

Today, Laurie and I are spending the day at home together. While I treasure every moment we have, it reminds me just how incredibly grateful I am for **HANNA Z** and the amazing people who work there.

To the entire staff at HANNA Z—thank you.

Thank you for loving our loved ones as if they were your own. Thank you for the patience, kindness, laughter, encouragement, and joy you bring into their lives every single day. What you do is so much more than a job. You give families hope, peace of mind, and the chance to simply breathe again.

As many of you know, I'm still working while caring for my wife. Like so many caregivers, I rely on the support that HANNA Z provides. Their care allows me to continue providing for my family while knowing my wife is safe, happy, and surrounded by people who genuinely care.

My hope is that more families discover this incredible place. With greater participation, HANNA Z can extend their hours back to full days, making it possible to help even more caregivers who desperately need that support.

If you're caring for a spouse, parent, family member, or friend, please don't try to carry the weight alone.

Caregiving is one of the most selfless roles a person can take on—but even the most dedicated caregivers need time to recharge.

At **HANNA Z** in Greece, we believe that caring for caregivers is just as important as caring for seniors. Our guests enjoy meaningful activities, companionship, nutritious meals, and compassionate care in a warm, welcoming environment.

As we continue to grow, our goal is to restore our hours to **9:00 AM–5:00 PM**, providing greater flexibility and support for local families.

We're planning a **Visitors Day** and invite caregivers, healthcare professionals, and families to tour our facility, meet our incredible staff, and experience the difference firsthand.

**The gates of Heaven must be open... because I just found the place where angels work.** ❤️

That's exactly how I feel about **Hanna Z Adult Day Care**.

The love, compassion, patience, and joy that the staff pours into every guest is nothing short of amazing. They don't just provide care—they provide friendship, dignity, purpose, and a place where people truly feel they belong.
