BNR32 Rear right pinch quick weld repairs

Not only was it folded and rusted but pushed up about 3/4 inch. You might be able to see the crease.

Complete peeled it all back and fully rebuilt, think it came out sweet. Tried to remember to take pics of every stage. But you get the idea. Couple oe pieces were saved after blasting. But few were remade.

Was folded over & nasty rust hiding.

Started just by roughly bending back in shape. Then start dissecting each layer.

You won’t want to miss the rebuild process. Came out awesome.

Rebuilt all flanges that mate to rear panel, rebuild fuel tank support plate, and rebuilt part of the floor, twice actually, but only because I wasn’t fully satisfied with my first attempt, metal can be a bitch 😂

Cut out all the junk. Weld in fresh steel 🤌🏽

Nismo rear panel was replaced in the past by Stevie wonder and was also rusted out completely. A really poor job. Lots of work needed to get it back right.

This car was hiding lots of secrets. Stay tuned for much more. Been knocking out the metal work on this, and it’s coming out sweet.

The Nismo is on the rotisserie and ready for that slow roast to perfection…🤌🏽

This is the same rotisserie I built for my gtr 5 years ago and still holding up great. Haven’t made any mods to it. Just working awesome.
