Hi there. My name is Chris and I am the owner of Platinum Detail and Accessories. My passion for cars started when I was young and it has shaped who I have become today. I am a master mechanic and consider myself somewhat of a professional detailer. I took over ownership of Platinum Detail in 2015 when the business was at it’s lowest. We had one account when I took over and that was hardly hanging on by a thread. By the end of the first year I had gained 5 new accounts and was doing personals on a daily basis. By the end of the second year we were sitting pretty, but disaster struck and I had to sell the shop because I needed surgery. Two good friends took it over and renamed it Cruisin Auto Detail and they are still in business and thriving. Once I healed from the surgery I realized how much I liked being my own boss, so I decided to start the business from scratch in a new location. We moved to Rochester Hills into a really great shop. We found more account work and hired employees and got our feet back on the ground. Platinum Detail is a family owned business. When you come in expect to see a little princess running around. That is my business mascot, my daughter, Tori. My youngest will also be there and I am training him well, ignore the fact that he is 4 months old :) We have some really great crew members that my wife and I have trained personally with our own custom process that is proven to clean every nook and cranny of your car.
