🚗 Back to School? Inspect Your Kids' Car Before Sending Them Off to College!🚗

As the new school year approaches, don't forget to inspect your kids' car before they hit the road. A well-maintained vehicle means a safer journey to college and peace of mind for you!

Key things to check before you send them on their way:

- Tire pressure and tread, check for dry rot (cracking in the rubber)

- Brakes and brake fluid level/condition (It should be almost clear like!)

- Oil level (And make sure you change their oil before they leave, we all know they’ll be too busy to do so when they’re there) coolant level, and battery health. (There’s tons of videos on YouTube to help you find out how to do these things)

- Check your Headlights and taillights, ensure signals work properly and wipers are working and in good condition.

- Ensure you have your registration and insurance handy, as well as a safety kit such as a medkit, car scissors, a seatbelt cutter / glass breaker, a spare blanket, and water.

Here’s a fun fact! Did you know that many car manufacturers no longer incorporate a "manual neutral release" into their vehicles? This can make towing your disabled vehicle a challenging task. But not for us! We have specialized equipment custom-built and imported from Germany 🇩🇪 for these situations. This Lexus was safely towed on a flatbed.
