As the leader of our Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) simulation initiatives, Chandru advances the development of our control products by leveraging multi-physics simulation across structural, electromagnetic, and fluid domains. His work accelerates development while maintaining high standards of performance and reliability.

In April, our Solero PULSE focus was on stress prevention, brought to life across our locations in practical and meaningful ways.

In March, nutrition was in focus across Solero. Through Solero PULSE, our teams brought the topic to life with simple, practical ideas for healthier everyday habits.

From homemade muesli bars and nutritious recipes to Bring & Share moments in the cafeteria with the Solero lunchbox, nutrition became a shared experience across our locations—supported by our weekly newsletter and local initiatives.

But for us, nutrition goes beyond our own workplaces.

In March, our teams also supported their local communities:
At our Water Valley (MS) site, Gerardo Garcia, Plant Manager, and members of the team volunteered at a food pantry (Compassion Ministries), helping distribute food boxes to people in need. At the same time, our Rochester Hills (MI) team organized a food drive for Lighthouse in Oakland County, collecting nonperishable food items through the generosity of our employees.

These initiatives reflect our ongoing commitment to community care—bringing our focus on nutrition beyond the workplace.
