As part of our Solero PULSE activities and our focus on Social Wellness, we brought back a little Connection BINGO. A fun way to put connection into action and encourage colleagues to learn something new about the people they work with every day.

Our Solero BINGO challenge brought colleagues together through fun questions, unexpected discoveries and plenty of conversations. A simple game, but a great way to connect across teams, share a laugh and get to know each other beyond the day-to-day. And of course, there were winners and prizes too.

From Villingen’s Stadtlauf to the Firmenlauf in Friedrichshafen, our German teams showed their dedication, energy, and team spirit outside the workplace—racking up miles for themselves and for a good cause.

Whether working behind a desk or on the production floor, our colleagues and their families brought the same commitment to the track: pushing their limits, supporting one another, and enjoying the opportunity to connect beyond their daily routines.

A visit that touched our hearts🧡
Recently, we had the privilege of visiting Sternschnuppenbande, a children’s and youth hospice in Villingen, Germany, and supporting its heartfelt mission with a donation from Solero Technologies.

A special place is being created where families with a child or young person facing a life-limiting illness can find comfort, strength, and precious moments together. For us, taking responsibility means standing with those who need support most.

“The smiles sparked by our candy basket made this special visit even more memorable,” said Katharina Mutz-Lehmann. Aileen Münch, who accompanied her, wholeheartedly agreed. 🍬

As Development Engineer at our Prostějov site, Jan Halíř combines the demands of full-time work with academic studies while consistently expanding his technical expertise. Through his contribution to the development of our new electromagnet platform for mobile hydraulics, Jan has already demonstrated strong technical capability, determination, and the confidence to take on responsibilities beyond what is typically expected from an early-career engineer.

🧡 When a city runs together, every step can move a cause forward.

The Sibiu International Marathon is more than a running event—it is one of Romania’s most important community initiatives that connects sports and charitable causes.

Solero Technologies was proud to participate in the 15th year of this annual event with colleagues and supporters taking part across all race categories. Local team members also welcomed visitors at our booth.

This year, we supported the initiative: Endoscopy-assisted Intubation for Difficult Airways that contributes to faster, safer, and more effective emergency care at the SMURD Sibiu.

We’re proud to recognize Chandru Rao, who recently completed his MBA at Oakland University.

As the leader of our Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) simulation initiatives, Chandru advances the development of our control products by leveraging multi-physics simulation across structural, electromagnetic, and fluid domains. His work accelerates development while maintaining high standards of performance and reliability.
