Every vehicle has a story. 🚗 Maybe it's the truck you learned to drive in. The car you brought your kids home in. The one you saved two years to buy. That's why we do this.

At Prime, we don't just repair vehicles; we protect what they mean to you. We'll keep you informed every step of the way and make sure your car comes back ready for whatever's next.

Another achievement for Matt! He just completed his I-CAR Steel GMA Welding course, adding another certificate to his growing list.

We’re proud of the effort Matt puts into sharpening his skills and continuing his education. That commitment helps us deliver quality repairs for our customers at Prime Collision Center.

Meet Dustin! 👋 One of our automotive refinish techs here at Prime, bringing 3.5 years of hands-on experience to every paint job that comes through the shop.

Married to his wife Kari for 20 years, they have 3 kids - Baydon, Emilee, and Jessie - and a grandson, Emmitt!

When he's not working, you'll find him camping, catching a concert, or grilling out with friends and family.

Glad to have him on the Prime team!

The visible damage is often only part of the damage that actually needs to be repaired. Removal of exterior parts and components allows our technicians to inspect the underlying structure and identify hidden damage that can't be seen during the initial estimate, and determine what it will actually take to repair your vehicle safely and properly.

This Jeep has a story worth telling. 🚙 It came to us after being caught in a fire, but this wasn't just any vehicle to its owner. It was a gift from a family member, the kind of sentimental piece you can't put a price on. When someone trusts us with something that means this much, we don't take it lightly. The whole crew had a hand in bringing this one back, and we couldn't be more proud of how it turned out.
