Auto Medic Wrecker & Towing is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused In-House Dispatcher to join our fast-paced operations team. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you’ll play a critical role in coordinating service calls, communicating with drivers, and ensuring every job is handled efficiently.

Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously.
* Dispatch tow trucks and roadside service technicians using dispatch software.
* Monitor driver locations and assign calls efficiently.
* Communicate with customers, law enforcement, motor clubs, and account clients.
* Enter accurate information into the computer system.
* Maintain detailed call logs and documentation.
* Handle multiple phone lines while prioritizing urgent situations.
* Work closely with management and field personnel to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:

✔ Strong computer skills (Required)
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Ability to remain calm under pressure.
✔ Professional phone etiquette.
✔ Reliable attendance and punctuality.
✔ Previous dispatch, customer service, or call center experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right person.
