A strong partnership doesn’t happen from behind a desk. 💪
This week, we brought part of the Star Equipment team straight to NRC Industries to get hands-on with the people, processes and technology behind the equipment we represent every day.
From new technology and install techniques to hands-on training, troubleshooting, product knowledge and plenty of shop-floor conversations, trips like this make us better at what we do—and ultimately better for our customers.
Just as important was the fellowship. Spending time with the NRC team, sharing ideas, asking questions and strengthening the relationship between manufacturer and distributor is a huge part of what keeps us moving forward together.
And we have to give a special shoutout to the badass women welders and fabricators out there getting it done right alongside everyone else. 👏🔥 Skilled trades look pretty damn good from where we’re standing.
