Today, we pause to honor and remember the lives lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the unimaginable resilience displayed on September 11, 2001.

Twenty-five years later, we carry the memories of those souls lost, honor the courage of our first responders, and stand united in remembrance.

May we always hold onto the spirit of unity, strength, and compassion that brought us together in our darkest hour.

Things happen, and sometimes, you order the wrong part for your application. We're more than happy to help, but to eat the candy we sent and send the empty wrapper back with your return is despicable 😭

JK, JL, and JT trackbar adjusters in production today... Our products are so weak we managed to break something!

During the design phase, we destructively test all our products several times until we are 100% satisfied that they are as strong as physically possible. Today we are doing a large production run of these threaded trackbar adjusters. Before we commit to making hundreds of these at a time, we destroy a few first to make sure our procedure and equipment are performing as we expect...

In this case, this one went into our 50 ton press and was bent over once, flipped over, bent over again, flipped over, bent for a third time and at the very end the weld finally started to separate from the bushing sleeve. The weld failure did not occur until long after the bushing sleeve had severely deformed, and after bending the shank about 30 degrees 3 different times. I'd say this passed our test!

This is why all our in-house fabricated parts bear our industry leading Lifetime Unbreakable Warranty... because we know how hard it is to fail our parts... and if they do fail, your Jeep has probably broken into a dozen pieces and is a pile of mangled scrap!

Sorry we haven't gotten back to you this week, our team was busy representing America for her 250th!

But in all seriousness, we've actually been killing it this week, our team has been digging through tech questions, order status requests, a warranty request or two, shipping out over a hundred orders, and more! We close out this week with only 4 currently open support ticket conversations, and 28 total open orders in various states of completion, most of which are 48 hours old or less!

We'll see y'all on the flipside of America turning two-fiddy!

We have a warranty request, and we're excited about it! Why? Read on...

This kit is 8 years old, and has seen continuous abuse for almost a decade, until the customer decided to go demolition derby style on it and finally bent it. What is awesome about this is, back in 2018 when this kit was made, we used 1020 DOM tubing for all our kits. Shortly after this kit was made, we switched to a higher carbon content tube that is 35-40% stronger! After we made the switch, our warranty rate fell by a factor of around 10x, it's very rare we have to warranty anything these days. The exciting bit? We get to switch out this customers tie rod with an even stronger one!

When we say Lifetime Unbreakable Warranty... we mean it. These days vendors are slashing support and warranty coverages left and right, but not us. We made a promise, and we stand behind it.

A look back almost 10 years ago, building Jeeps in the driveway and beginning to manufacture parts on a tiny workbench in the garage.

We had full length tractor trailers bringing us tube to our neighborhood, unloaded one stick at at time by hand, and it was too long to fit into the garage so we had to cut it all down day of delivery. Then we would stack parts in the back of a small hatchback to take to a powder coater, pick up from them, and then assemble, box, load back into that same small car and deliver hundreds of pounds of boxes to our local UPS center.

Now we have a bustling 21,000 sq ft manufacturing center and full service custom 4X4 shop, a growing team of enthusiasts (we're always looking for more!). We are also not too far away from turning on our next big piece of equipment, the largest and most expensive we've ever had our hands on by far! I'll do a video update on that this coming week so y'all can see what we've been up to.
