🚨Fat Boys Wrecker Service Inc. is looking for a reliable, sharp, and calm Full-Time Dispatcher to join our team in Roanoke!
📅 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends!)
💼 What You’ll Do:
• Answer incoming emergency & non-emergency calls
• Route light, medium, and heavy-duty wreckers
• Track our fleet using GPS & dispatch software
• Provide accurate ETAs and quotes to customers
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 1+ years of dispatch experience preferred (towing, logistics, or emergency services)
• Strong knowledge of Roanoke and surrounding areas
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and multi-task
• Solid computer and phone skills
