Calling Winter Texans!
Season-Long Sites Now Available!

Are you looking for a beautiful, full-season winter escape on the Texas coast? For the first time in years, we have multiple site openings between November and April for full-season campers (4+ months).

While many of our sites are typically full, a recent influx of temporary workers with shifting schedules has created rare opportunities. We are seeking season-long Winter Texans who want to make memories with us (not permanent residents). Come stay and become part of our vibrant seasonal community.

Full Season Stays (4+ months) preferred.

One-Month and short stays (less than 1 month) are also available, subject to availability. Don't wait, these sites will fill up!

Hope everyone enjoys their Independence weekend! Our office will be closed on Friday in observance of Independence Day. Remember that fireworks CANNOT be popped inside Seawind. Please go to the bay to enjoy your fireworks.
This year, there will be fireworks celebrations on Saturday near the Kingsville golf course and at the JK Coliseum. Enjoy and be safe.
