I had a very pleasant car shopping experience here at Walter's. Alfred, our sales rep, was very patient, helpful and informative. Not at all pushy or snobby like some other sales I encountered at other dealerships.

You have the best service team in the universe!!!! I had a tail-light out yesterday and went by to get it fixed (no app't) and the team treated me like royalty!! I have been getting all my service work at Walter's Audi since Audi came over from Redlands. You are the best!!!

The overall reason I chose Walter's was the manner in which they treated me. There was no hard pressure. They let me look at the car without pouncing on me the minute I stepped foot on the dealer's property. And they treated me with respect. I didn't hear the "what can we do to earn your business today" line. The internet sales department was AWESOME!!

I work in City of Industry, so the drive out to Riverside is a good 40 minutes. But I'm glad I made the drive. They have a decent selection of Porsches (but I have to admit Rusnak does have a better selection) but their service is much better. and get this - they even negotiate on price. which i thought was unheard of with porsche.
