Let’s talk about Lifter Cuffs, or as Harley Davidson calls them “Lifter Anti Rotation Device”

Nylon / Plastic vs: Billet Aluminum.

If the plastic cuff goes so does your Liters, and Cam. Not worth the risk. If your installing $500 worth of cam, another $150 of adjustable push rods, go ahead and install $150 of insurance you won’t be breaking down in the middle of the desert.

Going the Extra Mile - if you look closely you can see the low spots in the mating surface of this impossible to find 1986 Softail Primary Cover. Customer had it welded and the Aluminum warped from the heat. Taking the time to lap it back to flat again

Custom Handlebars need wiring

Customer comes in. His bike is blowing fuses as soon as power is applied. Almost always the problem exists because short cuts installing custom handlebars.

Best solution was to repair the wire harness by installing it correctly as it should have been done in the first place.

Harley M8 vs: S&S 55mm Side by Side. MUCH Bigger Throat on the S&S. That and the plastic stock manifold had warped and was leaking air on the front cylinder
