Some custom work on an excavator grapple we did a few weeks ago. We removed the flat cutting edges, padded the molboard up and installed some nice Esco shanks and teeth. Then we used some shark plate to fill the gap so he is still able to hold stone and material in bucket. Love doing custom work to make stuff more efficient and capable to do more with their equipment.

We can weld aluminum on site!!

This customer had a tear on his pontoon boat. He does not have a trailer big enough to move this boat, so he dragged it onto his beach and patched it on-site for him. This should get him back onto the water having fun.

This week we installed a barn door kit to this 6 wheeler dump truck for a great customer. The whole swap over from normal gate to barn door can be done on the ground, with handles on all pins positioned to be outa the way, simple but effective. Now he can run it as a normal dump truck or swap it to have a barn door gate for easy dumping of stumps or brush, and also now he can easily load his excavator buckets and attachments in here during transport. All tuned in and working good, ready for paint

This 1971 Airstream travel trailer came into shop sitting too low, customer was unable to remove wheels easily because they were tucked too high into body. Also there was bent supports from a blowout that happened last camping season.

We put it on the lift and found somebody replaced axles with newer torsion axles, but put them in the wrong way so they were not working properly. We removed axles, turned them around. Welded angle iron in to drop the original mounting 2”. Reinstalled axles then tied in the side mounting mounting bolts with tabs, and finished it with a custom cover piece to tie it all together. Weld up, paint, install new hardware, and now the trailer sits nice and level on his truck and can easily remove wheels. We also straightened out the bent supports and customer can now install new sheet metal in damaged spot.

Headboard repair followed by some custom stainless accent pieces, made in house, we added to reinforce and add a clean look to the front of this hooklift dump body. We made flush mount studs on these pieces to make for quick and easy removal. We also cut and reworked the side and added custom stainless tarp brackets to move the roller out to prevent the tarp binding up and smooth operation.

We do full truck body upfits. Dump bodies, flatbeds, Hooklift and switch-n-go bodies, and even custom full body builds from scratch

Here is a few pictures of a full Hooklift build we did on an older truck last year. We removed the Hooklift system off an older truck, sandblasted everything and restored the body and truck chassis to new. This specific model of hooklift sits tight with top of frame leaving no gap in between metal, so we sandblasted top and bottom of the hooklift and frame, epoxy prime and painted, then applied tacky grease before mating the body for final time, finished with seam sealing edges to trap grease in between metal and ensure a long life with no rust

Everything was done in house, including PTO installation on truck. Lots of custom fab work to make this thing look good and ready to go to work for any job it might need to do. Also we set truck up with strobes and accessory work lights. ds

A big root rake we built outa an old excavator grapple the customer had for his machine. Over 8’ wide, this thing will move some material. Not a light attachment!

Don’t let your plow cutting edges too low, you will regret it!

This customer ran his cutting edge a bit too low wearing right through this trip spring mount. Instead of replacing a very expensive bottom moldboard, we were able to fabricate a new trip spring mount, install a new cutting edge, and properly adjust plow to ensure a long cutting edge life!
