First, we want to say THANK YOU to everyone who shared, applied for, or expressed interest in our recent Automated Side-Load Driver opening.
We are pleased to announce that our ASL Driver position has been FILLED!
As Eadie’s Waste Services continues to grow, we are now accepting detailed professional résumés for TWO additional positions to join our team.
POSITION #1 — EXPERIENCED SWING DRIVER
ROLL-OFF & AUTOMATED SIDE-LOAD (ASL)
WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR JUST ANOTHER DRIVER.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR ONE OF THE BEST.
We are searching for an experienced CDL Swing Driver who is highly proficient in both Roll-Off and Automated Side-Load (ASL) operations.
This is NOT an entry-level position. We need someone with proven experience who can step into either role as needed and perform at a high level.
The right candidate will possess the same qualities and meet the same high standards outlined in our previous ASL Driver opening:
• Valid Class A or Class B CDL
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Minimum of two years of CDL driving experience
• Proven recent experience operating both Roll-Off and ASL equipment
• Safety-minded and dependable
• Drug-free
• Professional in appearance and conduct
• Excellent work ethic
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Takes ownership and personal responsibility
• Treats customers and fellow employees with respect
• Solution-focused, drama-free, and refuses to make excuses
We are looking for someone who can be trusted to go wherever they are needed and represent Eadie’s Waste Services with excellence, integrity, professionalism, and pride.
POSITION #2 — PART-TIME GENERAL LABOR / OPERATIONS SUPPORT
Approximately 30 Hours Per Week
We are also looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to assist our team with a variety of responsibilities, including:
• Delivering and repossessing residential carts
• Cleaning and sanitizing dirty carts
• Cutting grass and maintaining grounds
• Washing and greasing trucks
• Keeping the shop clean and organized
• Keeping our property and grounds clean and presentable
• Assisting with other general maintenance and operational duties as needed
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, isn’t afraid to get dirty, takes pride in keeping things clean and organized, and understands that no job is beneath them.
We need someone who sees what needs to be done and gets it done without having to be constantly told.
