This 1929 Rolls-Royce once belonged to Eva Fox, wife of William Fox, founder of the Fox Film Corporation.

After a comprehensive restoration completed here in our shop, it was invited to compete at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, one of the most selective stages in the collector car world. It scored 98 out of 100 points.

We're proud to have played a part in its story.

How should every classic car owner prepare before cooler weather hits?

- Add a stabilizer or keep your fuel tank full to prevent condensation and varnish buildup
- Use a tender or trickle charger to keep your battery from dying over cooler, low-use months
- Check tire pressure and inspect for cracking, especially if the car will sit for weeks at a time
- Use a dehumidifier or moisture absorber in storage to protect interior and metal
- Use steel wool in exhaust tips and intake, mothballs or dryer sheets to deter rodents

On Sunday, September 13th, you'll find us at the 12th Annual Car Show benefiting REACH, a Newtown based nonprofit supporting at risk youth through mentorship, outdoor expeditions, and summer camps.

Held at the Fairfield Hills Complex from 8 AM to 3 PM, the show brings together more than 500 cars and 1,000 spectators, with trophies awarded, great food, and plenty of good company, all for a good cause.
