Old car problems. Anytime you work on cars, you never know what you might find, when you work on older cars, nothing really surprises me anymore and these cars have most likely been passed through many mechanics over the years who all had their own ideas of what a “repair” is. At some point, somebody stripped out the intake manifold on this 75’ Land Cruiser. They drilled it out for the next size up and made their own, crude, step studs by welding two bolts together, however, when doing this, the holes they drilled were not straight and they bent the studs they made to compensate for this. Naturally this will take additional time, and parts to repair this
