"Josh drove 3 hours to our location at 10 p.m. to replace a shredded tire on our 35 ft RV! When the tire was replaced and all was said and done, it was midnight and he still had a 3-hr drive home. How's THAT for great work ethic? This young man is polite, empathetic, and kind. He is also a hard-worker and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Those words seem to be a recurring theme in all the reviews I've read for A&L Tires staff. And Justin (I think he's the 'boss') was equally responsive, determined and kind. I can't thank this company and its staff enough for being 'there' for us. If not for Josh, Justin and A&L Tires, I have no doubt we'd still be sitting on the side of I-40 waiting for our insurance company to replace our flat. Josh, Justin and A&L Tires are absolutely and without question the G.O.A.T!"

"We had an excellent experience after getting a flat tire on our Hertz rental car. Unfortunately, Hertz was unable to provide us with a solution or direct us to a partner repair shop.
Phil at the front desk went above and beyond to help us. He took a lot of time to speak with the rental company himself and arranged everything directly with Hertz for us. Thanks to his effort, we received full service without any waiting time and did not have to pay upfront.
All of the employees were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. The workshop was very competent, and they made a stressful situation so much easier for us. We are truly grateful for the outstanding customer service and highly recommend this place!"
