Did a quick Google search and found 4 3rd party companies offering towing services in the Richmond area...

Do not use them,they don't own any equipment. They charge you more than a tow should cost. They then shop around to the actual towing companies and try to get us to take the job at a huge discount. They keep the rest. They don't care how long you are on the side of the road. They take your payments upfront and won't refund it without a fight.

PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH, IF THE BUSINESS YOUR CALLING DOSEN'T HAVE A Local ADDRESS DON'T CALL THEM!!!

I am looking for an experienced diesel/ truck mechanic...

Just a FYI ,if your insurance or roadside assistance says you're not covered for the service you need.just get a quote from them and then call us directly. We've had several customers tell us what they were charged by their insurance or roadside assistance. They are charging more than we do for direct jobs and pay us a 3rd of what they are charging customers.
You can save some funds and get better service. Dealing with your roadside assistance can be a long process, and they will leave you stranded for hours.all well, they shop around for the cheapest bidder. IF HY TELL YOU, THE CAN'T FIND A PROVIDER. IT'S BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO PAY.
Many tow providers refuse to work with serten insurance or roadside assistance companies. For payment issues, like charge backs months after the service was completed.....
