🚗 Meet the Team – Jeff (Technician) 🔧
At Complete Auto Service Center, experience, heart, and craftsmanship come together—and Jeff brings all three with 16 years in the automotive industry.
Also referred to as “Jeffy,” but only to those who know him best, Jeff got his start the old-school way—working alongside his dad in the garage as a wrench gopher. From there, he built his career through a mix of schooling, hands-on experience, and continued training right here at Complete Auto.
Jeff’s favorite type of work is engine replacement, and he’s especially skilled when it comes to the Chrysler 3.6 Pentastar—a platform he knows inside and out.
What Jeff enjoys most about being a technician goes beyond the repair itself. For him, it’s about keeping families and communities moving—making sure people can get to work, pick up their kids, and stay safe on the road.
What sets Jeff apart:
✔ Strong engine repair expertise
✔ Detail-focused, hands-on approach
✔ A mindset centered around people—not just vehicles
His go-to “tools” aren’t just in the toolbox—they’re in his pocket: a screwdriver, pen light, mini pliers, and a magnet (because there’s always that one missing 10mm 😄).
His least favorite jobs? Low-profile and oversized tires—but he’ll still get them done when needed.
And around the shop, one of the funniest moments is when Matt discovers live critters hiding in vehicles—something Jeff has learned to expect over the years.
Outside of the shop, Jeff enjoys playing guitar, barbecuing, yard work, and hunting for vinyl records at flea markets. Most importantly, he values spending time with his wife and kids.

🔧 From Parts Manager to Service Advisor in Colorado, and now Assistant Manager, Julia has done it all! She’s got her Service Advisor certification and loves solving customer problems to make their day smoother. 💼

At Complete Auto Service Center, experience and work ethic go a long way—and Matt brings both with 22 years in the automotive industry.
Matt got his start through VoTech in high school and continued his training with two years in a college ASSET program, building a strong foundation that led him to become a Ford Senior Master Technician. He specializes in diesel and heavy line work, where his skills and hands-on approach really shine.
What Matt enjoys most about being a technician is simple—helping people and getting his hands dirty. Whether it’s a tough diesel repair or a routine service, he’s always ready to jump in and get the job done.
What sets Matt apart:
✔ Extensive diesel and heavy line experience
✔ Strong work ethic—ready to tackle anything
✔ Focus on doing the job right and improving the vehicle
His favorite tool in the toolbox is the scan tool, helping him diagnose issues quickly and accurately. And when it comes to unusual repairs—he’s seen it all… including a front door ratchet-strapped shut and a throttle cable rigged through the roof so it could be pulled by hand.
Outside of the shop, Matt enjoys staying active with rock climbing, riding four-wheelers, and spending time with his family.

At Complete Auto Service Center, we know that a great experience starts with great people—and Josiah is someone customers quickly connect with.
Also known as Joe, Josh, Joseph, Isaiah… honestly, if it starts with a “J,” he’ll probably answer to it—Josiah brings nearly two years of experience in the automotive industry and a strong passion for helping people.
“Joe” enjoys turning a customer’s bad day into a better one. Whether someone is dealing with an unexpected repair or just trying to keep up with maintenance, he focuses on understanding what matters most—time, budget, or long-term plans—and tailoring recommendations to fit their needs.
His biggest strengths include:
✔ Building genuine relationships with customers
✔ Finding common ground and creating trust
✔ Keeping explanations simple and focused
“Joseph” takes pride in getting to know his customers beyond just their vehicle. For him, it’s about creating lasting relationships—not just one-time visits.

At Complete Auto Service Center, experience and passion for the craft make all the difference—and Zach brings both with 17 years in the automotive industry.
Zach’s journey started early with a love for cars, which led him into VoTech training and eventually into a full-time career doing what he enjoys most—diagnosing and repairing vehicles. Today, he is a Ford Senior Master Technician with a strong reputation for handling engine and transmission work as well as complex diagnostics.
Zach thrives on the tough jobs—especially the ones other technicians can’t figure out. For him, there’s nothing more satisfying than solving a difficult problem and getting a vehicle back on the road the right way.
What sets Zach apart:
✔ Advanced diagnostic and transmission expertise
✔ Ability to solve complex, hard-to-find issues
✔ Focus on improving vehicles beyond the original condition
His favorite tool is the scan tool, using data to pinpoint problems efficiently. His favorite type of work? Transmissions. Least favorite? Tires—he’d much rather be solving a challenging diagnostic issue.

Brian has always known he’d be in the transportation world, and today he plays a critical role as our Quality Control Specialist. He’s the one making sure every vehicle leaves the shop done right and looks better than when it came in.
From test driving vehicles after repairs, to performing final quality checks and mini cleans, Brian makes sure every car is ready for the road and returned to the customer with care. He also takes pride in keeping the shop itself in top shape—honestly, Brian is the reason the shop is clean and tidy every day.

At Complete Auto Service Center, we’re proud to have team members who truly care—and Melissa is a perfect example of that.
Also known as “Mimi” to her family and “Mel” to her friends, Melissa brings over 13 years of experience in the automotive industry. She got her start as a receptionist, but it didn’t take long for her potential to shine. Within a few months, she stepped into a service advisor role—and never looked back.
What Melissa loves most about being a service advisor is the opportunity to help people, continue learning every day, and be part of a team that feels like family. She believes in building real relationships with customers by being transparent, honest, and sharing a little bit of herself along the way.
Her greatest strengths?
✔ Listening and truly relating to customers
✔ Leading with care and encouragement
✔ Learning from mistakes and constantly improving
Melissa’s favorite part of a busy day is the energy in the shop—everyone working together, pushing to get the job done. For her, it’s all about that sense of accomplishment at the end of the day.

At Complete Auto Service Center, experience and problem-solving go hand in hand—and Troy brings both with 16 years in the automotive industry.
Troy began his career with a personal interest in working on vehicles alongside an experienced service manager. From there, he completed two years of vo-tech training and later Ford schooling, earning his Ford Master Technician Certification.
He specializes in American and Asian vehicles. Troy takes pride in his work and enjoy the accomplishment in solving complex issues like network and electrical concerns.
What Troy enjoys most about being a technician is the combination of problem-solving and teamwork—working through challenges and getting the job done right.
What sets Troy apart:
✔ Strong diagnostic mindset focused on root cause
✔ Ability to solve complex issues others can’t
✔ Treats every vehicle like it’s his own
