Job Opening
Maintenance Technician

StateStreet Group is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for apartments and mobile homes. HVAC experience and certification are a requirement. Properties are located in the tri-county Jackson Metro area. Candidates must be able to meet the following criteria to qualify:

1. Clean driving record
2. Clean criminal background
3. Experience with HVAC, light electrical and plumbing
4. Carpentry experience
5. Be willing to occasionally be on-call after hours
6. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and random screenings thereafter

StateStreet Group is a great place to work. The company offers group health insurance, 401k plan after 1 year with the company, and fifteen (15) paid days off per year. Hourly pay will be commensurate with experience.

Living in a community can be a very enjoyable experience. You need to make sure that you know all the rules and regulations so that you can follow them. Getting to know the staff is also important as they will be the ones to help should the need ever arise. Also getting to know other tenants is good as you will learn about different cultures and lifestyles. And the amenities that are offered in communities will keep you happy and provide you with things to do that are close to you home.
