As most of you Defender HD11 owners know. These things are like a turtle running through peanut butter. The QSC clutch weights make a decent difference. Not a whole lot of bottom end speed to be had “ but it makes some as you can see”. But the bigger difference is a smoother engagement and a better pull from a roll. Stock you put it to the floor at 30mph and you can you can take a nap by the time you get to 50. It’s much much better with lighter weight.
Testing was performed on an HD11 Max with the ac on full tilt.

A win for the day. This customer did his own valve adjustment and afterwards ran on 2 cylinders. Brought it in after all and it had 5psi of compression in #1. Pulled it apart to find a valve keeper somehow fell out “ assuming he didn’t have the shim seated in the bucket. So without pulling the head we pressurized the cylinder to hold the valve up and made a spring compressor out of a drum brake spring tool to compress the spring and install the keeper.
He got extremely lucky this valve didn’t drop as he rode it to the shop.
