Rick and his team went above and beyond. I was in a rear end accident and needed to get body work done. They were able to fit me in a day after I called them, drop off was a breeze thanks to Tracy. She even arranged a shuttle service as well. From drop off to pick up - roughly 2 weeks. My Toyota 86 look brand new and Rick’s team went above and beyond taking care of every little detail. They definitely took care of issues that they did not need to do, but they did. I was speechless when I saw my car at the pickup… The quality of their work is beyond professional. I hope I never have to come back, but if I do, I know I can count on Rick’s team to bring life back to my vehicle. They care about what they do and it shows - I cannot thank them enough for the work they did. Absolutely splendid work they do here.

Had a great morning with the junior class from the Lynn Tech Auto Collision program. Giving students the opportunity to see real-world collision repair operations firsthand is invaluable. We were able to demonstrate ADAS calibrations, computerized measuring systems, and the critical importance of accessing and following manufacturer repair procedures.
