The answer is False. (It catches more dealers off guard than you'd think. 👀)
Spot delivery is one of the areas where small process gaps turn into serious legal exposure fast.

Two years ago, we lost our founder—and the heart of this firm.

Michael G. Charapp spent more than 60 years fighting for dealers. He grew up in his father's Dodge dealership. He built a career entirely in their corner, never once taking a case against them.

He was brilliant and had a one-liner for every occasion. His kindness, his passion for this industry, and his commitment to the people he served were unmistakable.

His daughter and partner Barrett Charapp Beaty said it best: "He loved the car business. Everything about it."

Mike's mission is why we do what we do. His name is on the door, and his standards are in everything we put out.

We carry it forward. 🤍

5 things dealers get wrong when a franchisor audit comes back unfavorable:

1. Accepting the result without reviewing it line by line
2. Waiting until the audit is over to start pushing back
3. Missing the internal appeal deadline and forfeiting their rights
4. Failing to document compliance attempts vehicle by vehicle
5. Assuming a legal challenge isn't worth pursuing

Federal advertising law trumps state law on this one. If your ads still show MSRP as the headline price without your processing fee baked in, it's time to update.

✅ All fees included (except government fees)
✅ Available to every customer
✅ Processing fees are IN, no matter what your state says

Questions about how to restructure your ads? That's exactly what we help dealers with.
