Serving the area since 1967, SERVICE GARAGE is Clinton County's only heating oil provider. We service Renovo, Lock Haven and the surrounding areas. Our office is located at 565 Huron Avenue and can be reached at (570) 923-0220 or (570) 748-5700 to schedule your oil delivery. Winter hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm and summer hours are 8:30am -12:30pm. We also have two gas stations that serve the area. Ou

r location at 11835 Renovo Road in North Bend offers a convenience store with an onsite laundromat, lottery, and propane filling station as well as stone sales and can be reached at (570) 923-0683. Hours are Monday thru Thursday, 6am-8pm; Friday, 6am-9pm; Saturday, 7am to 9pm; and Sunday, 7am to 8pm. Or visit 420 Huron Avenue for our full-service station where we offer NON-ETHANOL gasoline and kerosene. Hours are Monday thru Thursday, 6am - 7pm; Friday, 6am-8pm; Saturday, 8am-8pm; and Sunday, 8am-6pm.

Pennsylvania Department of Human Services Secretary Dr. Val Arkoosh today announced that eligible households will receive a $100 supplemental payment from the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).

PA DHS will issue the $100 supplemental payments for households that both received LIHEAP during the 2025-26 season and include at least one family member who has a disability, is age 60 or older, or is a child under the age of six. Approximately 193,000 households will be automatically issued a supplemental payment to the same utility vendor who received their cash grant during the normal LIHEAP season. Households will receive a notice informing them that they are eligible and will receive the supplement.

“We know that even though winter is over, many Pennsylvanians may still need assistance with utility bills from last season. LIHEAP helps some of the Commonwealth's most vulnerable citizens – children, older Pennsylvanians, people with disabilities, and low-income families – make ends meet and keep their homes safer, and we are pleased to be able to offer this one-time supplemental payment to LIHEAP households,” said Secretary Arkoosh.
