This engine has been processed and is READY TO SHIP with a Texas Speed Stage 3 Cam, Modified OEM Gen 3 Harness & ECM, Conversion Oil Pan 302-1, and Dyno Tuned. When installing the cam the interior components of this engine was inspected. Cam bearings, rockers, pushrods, etc ALL passed inspection. Good oil pressure of 30+ psi was maintained at idle after dyno pulls. This engine will work with the 4L60 modern automatic transmissions of this era. Base System is to replace the factory Yamaha ECM and Wiring Harness with all new components for an aviation type application. This new EFI system utilizes the Haltech S2 ECM along with a brand new custom built aviation grade wiring harness. All harnesses are built in-house with Tefzel wire and are wrapped from the firewall forward. This new Haltech system adds features of Fuel Trimming / “Auto Tune” via NTK Wideband O2 Sensor to WOT along with Long Term Fuel Trims “Learn” that is customer accepted, IAT Spark compensation, FULL onboard data logging and Tuning. The factory IACV is also used for great cold weather starts and smooth & consistent idle. Engine monitoring can be done via laptop but NO Dash / EMS is included in base system. See options below for full plug-n-play “EMS” solutions. This system is designed for Experimental Aircraft and includes the following:

Haltech S2 ECM pre loaded with BD Turnkey Engines Naturally Aspirated tune. Proprietary tables password protected

Onboard data logging via built-in 128MB of memory.

Built in WiFi for wireless connectivity via Laptop or App.

NEW Wiring Harness, aviation specific Tefzel wire with all new plugs and wrapped FWF.

NTK Wideband O2 Sensor with fuel trimming “Auto Tune” to WOT and Long Term Fuel Trims / “Learn” (customer accepted).

Ignition igniter, 3 channel.

IAT Temp Sensor, w/ aluminum weld in b**g.
