We know a lot of you would love to see the restaurant re-open at Lake Striker, and trust us—we’d love to see it happen too! 📣

The challenge isn’t finding people who want to eat here; it’s finding the right operator who can make it a successful, sustainable staple for our community for years to come. 🏛️✨

We are currently exploring two possibilities to make this happen:

🔹 LEASE – For experienced operators interested in leasing the restaurant space and running it completely independently.
🔹 PARTNER – For experienced food service professionals interested in a joint venture. We provide the building, infrastructure, and liquor license. The operator handles staffing, inventory, and day-to-day operations.
