At Auto Collision Specialists, customer safety is our # 1 priority in everything we do. As an automotive body shop, collision repair is considered an essential service we provide to those with damaged vehicles.

Along with you, we are monitoring the CDC and the WHO guidelines to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We want to make sure you are aware of the precautions we are taking to address this illness while continuing to meet the needs and expectations of our customers, employees and the community, as are open for business.

Here at ACS, we have enhanced our cleaning procedures on your vehicle by applying SANITIZER on high touch areas like your keys, handles, steering wheel, and shifter when your car is dropped off. We then clean your vehicle for delivery as usual and sanitize these high touch areas again.

We are also CLEANING and applying SANITIZER to our customer areas and employee spaces multiple times throughout each day.

Our entire staff has been instructed about consistent and proper hand washing as well as in the use of gloves and hand sanitizer. In addition, our employees are also being responsible about their own health by staying home and contacting their primary health care provider if they do not feel well.

We continue to be here for our customers through this crisis as we remain open. If you are concerned about limited interactions with the office and staff, we are happy to help with accommodations. Together we are doing everything to provide a safe and healthy repair experience for you.

This is a good opportunity to schedule your vehicle for repairs if you will not be using them while at home. If you need assistance with pick-ups and deliveries, please let us know so we can help with arrangements.

If you are a HEALTHCARE WORKER, EMERGENCY RESPONDER, or LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL, we will provide pick-up and delivery of your vehicle.

The staff at Auto Collision Specialists is here to answer any questions you may have. Please give us a call at 410-833-5697 or send us an email. We appreciate the trust our customers have in us.

We continue to wish that you all stay healthy and safe.
