Lately, we have been receiving more and more phone calls from customers calling to ask about the status of a tow that they paid for with a credit card.

Multiple customers called our dispatch saying they spoke to our call center earlier and pre-paid for a tow. As it turns out, they got scammed.

We offer 24 hr towing and you will always speak directly with a Mast Brothers employee.

Our dispatchers are set up to be able to send a link via text message and the link will take you to our online payment processing which will always have the Mast Brothers contact information.

Also, our tow operators are setup to process credit card transactions in the field.

If you are making any credit card transactions online, always verify the authenticity of the site.

All of our dispatchers either live or work in Coos and Douglas County and do not have a foreign accent.

Our dispatchers are all locals and pretty familiar with the major landmarks in the area of operation.

We do NOT outsource to a foreign call center.
