Got a rare customer visit to our office today. Bryan rode out from Texas to see his friends here in LA and his died as he got to the last mile. He figured to stop by to let us know of his problem. Oh, and he had the unit for 10+ years and over 170,000 dirt and asphalt miles. Hope the new one will last a bit longer this time.

I'm returning my old Adaptiv TPX radar detector to you for the $100 rebate for prior owners.
My old unit works fine, but I'm excited to be using the latest version of the TPX. Really it seems like I should be paying you all the extra $100 - you've certainly saved me more than that in tickets and hassle.
