KD Automotive in Redmond is looking to hire mid to senior level automotive technicians. Compensation is in the 60-110k range depending on experience. We also work a 4 day work week, Monday through Thursday year round. Medical, dental, vacation and holiday pay are provided.

Congratulations to all of the PRO3 racers this weekend! You all put on one hell of a show! The race craft throughout the grid is incredible. What a group.

Thank you to all of the KD Motorsports drivers for being so much fun to spend the weekend with. You all drove outstanding. 8 drivers, all in the top 14 in arguably the toughest amateur series in the Pacific Northwest. Amazing driving guys.

Basic Requirements For Auto Repair Technicians

• Must have a good attitude and work well with the people on your team
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• 3+ years of recent work history in Auto Repair/Service (professional)
• Good verbal and written communication/documentation skills
• Provide own tools to perform required tasks
• Good diagnostic ability or willingness to learn
• Trade School Degree / Vo-Tech School Degree applicants
• ASE Certified / Washington State Emission Specialist Certification a plus
• Clean Drivers Record, (No major issues) Can provide 3 year non-commercial abstract from D.O.L.

We wanted to reach out to our loyal customers and inform you that we are open for you during this mandatory shut down period. If it were convenient to have your vehicle serviced while taking time off from work or working from home, we are here for you. We would love your support during these tough times and we will help in any way that we can.

Here are a few ways that we can help:

- Your vehicle can be left outside for us using our overnight drop box. We can intake the car, service it and park it outside for you. We can take payment over the phone and lock your keys in the car, so you never have to enter the shop. Or if you are comfortable with it, we can process you inside and send you on your way. Surfaces in the car and our counters, floors, door handles, etc. are actively disinfected.
- We can offer a concierge service and pick up your vehicle and deliver it back to you. Surfaces in your vehicle will be disinfected and wiped down. Please call and ask for details if interested.
- We can offer you concierge service and a loaner car, delivered to you at your convenience. The loaner car will be disinfected and wiped down, as will your vehicle when it is returned.
- We can offer you one of two loaner cars for pick up here at the shop. Both would be disinfected and wiped down for each client.

If you are feeling under the weather, now would not be a good time for us to be doing business. If you are feeling well, socially distancing when needed as well as isolating at home, please know that we are being respectful of our responsibility to you and the community and doing the same. If so, we would really appreciate your support and business during these tough times.
