We have a rare opportunity for the right person. We’re currently looking for a skilled painter. We are not your typical body shop. We have no interest in being a cookie cutter shop just cranking out cars and bending over for the insurance companies. We take pride in what we do and have very high expectations. You come to us knowing we have our community’s/customers/techs back. Our main focus is on collision and we are looking for someone highly competent and have an attention to detail. We would like someone that is willing to learn other skills and learn how to do peelable paint. From fades to flakes-candies to custom paint graphics are just a small fraction of what we can do. If you’re great and have the fundamentals down (color matching-cutting and buffing tri coats application.) We can train the right candidate to learn more than you ever would in a normal shop.

We’re all giving a choice in life. Yes or no. The circumstances and situations are all unique to each one of us. Some have it easier than others. Some grow up with all the right people and environments to be in. We all end up in the same place, and our perceptions of ourselves ultimately determine where we end up along the way. Outside influences dictate a-lot when you’re younger. As you age they doesn’t matter as much. The outside voices don’t necessarily speak negatively of you but something they don’t see in themselves. As a young person you take it personally as an older wiser person you smile and laugh. I’ve been told a lot of negative things in life and a lot of people doubt me. My one super power is turning that negative energy into fuel. It’s not always been healthy way to deal with obstacles but when I doubt myself I need to shut those other mf’s up. Since the day I popped out into this world I was giving the greatest opportunity to struggle as hard as I can to make it. A lot of people will never even get the opportunity to say they changed their life and family tree around. Some people will never get to understand what truly makes them tick. I see quite a few friends now on this same path and I want you all to know I’m proud of you and for me it’s only gotten better with time. Seven years sober. Eight years w**d free. Still not perfect. Still don’t know what success means because the bar is forever moving. Once you think you’re getting to the top you are only at the beginning. Thank you for all the opportunities to grow and learn and I’m truly grateful for most of the people I have got to meet coming through our doors.

Thank you everyone for the six years of support. It’s been an absolute roller coaster ride. When we started the shop we had pre conceived notion of what Redmond and Central Oregon needed, and what we wanted to do. From six years ago our focus on what we do has changed, but our dedication to our community hasn’t changed. What we offer is a personal hands on experience with the owners and followed up with some of the best technicians and technology that the collision industry has to offer. We also provide you with information that most shops won’t take the time to explain. Come see us what makes us different from the rest.

Documentation is essential in this industry. Everything we do for repairs and in process photos, is documented to not only have proof that we did it, but to also supply those to the insurance to seek compensation for repairs. In this photo you can see this is a newer 2020 Subaru that both of the bumpers color match from the factory are pretty off. This is actually very common to see in a lot of manufacturers. This color can have many different variations of that one color code. We use a spectrometer to match the color and confirm the spray out before we ever do anything. In this case we also have a photo and documentation of where the color was blended in the booth and never made it to the back edge. There is a metamerism effect, but that’s a whole different lesson. This came in wrecked and left looking new again.

I have had the opportunity to work with some incredible people and have gotten to be a part of some pretty special projects. The biggest challenges often have biggest rewards. From being on a team and winning multiple prestigious awards with airplanes to getting to open my own shop. Im ready for something crazy again. 🤫
