Good morning -
Time for an update:
Our phone system has been successfully transferred to our new provider. We still have our previous numbers of:
(920) 566-2252 and
(920) 290-8369.

There are a few things that you will notice though when you are calling in.

1. Our phone system is automated as you work your way through. You will not get to hear Vicki speaking until you actually get connected to the office.

2. You are given 2 options when calling. BOTH OPTIONS will bring you to the office and either option is just fine. We had no alternative than to set the phone system up this way. With having two different phone numbers, this is the only way we could accomplish this.

3. You can still leave a voicemail as normal - and please do.

What we are still working on:

1. Texting. We can receive text but we are having issues sending texts.

2. There is probably a #2 but can't think of it currently. :)

HAPPY FRIDAY - and fingers crossed...MAYBE SUMMER!!

As some of you know we are in the middle of some pretty big changes here.

1 of the biggest changes - and 1 that will possibly effect you is that we are dropping our current phone service (brightspeed) and it's going to a - hopefully better - service. With that said, there will probably be a time when our phone lines will be down as the phone company does the switch to port our current phone numbers.. we hope this in only temporary but we just don't know.

Once this is all done we will still have our same phone numbers of (920) 566-2252 and (920) 290-8369. We will still be open as normal so if you can not reach us by phone, please stop in!

PSA..

There have been questions regarding our relationship to Loren’s Auto in Oshkosh that we would like to address. We are NOT affiliated with them as we are our own entity under the name Loren’s Auto Repair, LLC. Our automotive technicians work on cars, SUV, and light duty trucks where we perform basic jobs such as maintenance work (can include but not limited to oil changes and tire rotations) as well as more complex jobs such as alignments, diagnostics, and replacing engines and transmissions.

Todays PSA...when you have a flat tire PLEASE do NOT EVER drive around thinking you can put another 10 miles on that flat tire. It leads to nothing good except a very big and extremely unnecessary bill at the shop.
