As many of you may know. Trinity Automotive has always been committed to delivering fast, reliable service.
With every appointment we book we put our heart and soul into our craft. Delivering personalized one on one quotes, building custom invoices and creating repair plans to suit every customerâs individual needs and repair goals.
Unfortunately, on Sunday October 26th we were called to a customers house to provide diagnostic services. Once we completed a full commercial quote, price breakdown and repair plan. We were told that we wouldnât be getting paid for our services.
Many of you know that we have always been fair and transparent with our service prices. More often than not, we are significantly cheaper than traditional garages due to our low overhead and belief of âOne job, One priceâ.. and it is for this reason we would like to put out the following notice.
At this time. Trinity Automotive LLC will no longer be offering âwill call/no money downâ services. While we are committed to helping every individual who calls or reaches out to us. We simply cannot allow this to happen again. We will continue to offer our full service catalog, but diagnostic fees will now be required to be paid in full before services are rendered.
We value each and every person who chooses Trinity Automotive LLC. We will continue to deliver Exceptional Customer Service, Value, and Quality in everything that we do. We appreciate your understanding, and we look forward to continuing our efforts to keeping your vehicles road worthy and reliable. Thank you.
