✅We have many animals waiting for their forever homes! There are kittens and puppies at both, so we suggest stopping by both locations if you are thinking about adding a new little one to your family.

👉If you have been approved for adoption within the last 12 months, you do not have to go through the adoption application process again. However, if you have not adopted from us, or it's been a while since you have, please go to our website: www.hudsonvalleyspca.org to get an adoption application today, then submit it to [email protected] to get pre-approved for adoption.

🌟If you can't adopt right now, you can still come by and socialize with the cats/kittens, or walk some dogs or puppies. It's a good way to give the animals some exercise outside of their pens, and it makes you feel good doing something nice for the homeless animals.🌞💙💚💙

🚨KITTEN ALERT!!!💥 New Windsor Edition 📍

Patches is on the adoption floor now, Emesis will be on the adoption floor later today, and little baby Raven is in foster care right now because she has to feed every 2 hours...she's sooooo cute! She will be ready in about 6 weeks.

🐾There will also be additional cute little faces on the floor this week too! Serafina, Aurora, Vicente and Marcellus...siblings that were abandoned on our property a couple of weeks ago. One of their siblings passed away overnight in the crate they were dumped in! 💔 Now they're safe with us and almost ready for their new homes.

😺 Kitten adoption fees (age 8 weeks to 4 months) are $200 each or bonded pair for $300 total. The adoption fee includes all age-appropriate vaccines and tests, plus spay/neuter and rabies when they're old enough.

👉Kittens go QUICK...so get your adoption application at: www.hudsonvalleyspca.org for pre-approval. We will not hold a kitten without an approved application. Once approved, those applications are good for one year.💙💚💙

As the day comes to a close, the Kimlin family would like to thank everyone who stopped by, said hello, shared some laughs, climbed on a truck and honked a horn, cast a vote, or simply spent part of their day with us at the Ulster County Fairgrounds Touch-A-Truck.

We're also proud to share that Kimlin Energy finished 2nd Place in the People's Choice voting, missing the top spot by just EIGHT votes!! (and we'll be back to reclaim our title next year!!)

Congratulations to Team UPS on a well-earned win!

More importantly, it was a fantastic day of community, families, local businesses, first responders, food vendors, helicopter rides, and some truly impressive equipment.

Thank you to the organizers with the New Paltz Rotary Club, volunteers, and everyone who came out to support the event, because without you, none of this is possible.

**** One Hour Left at Touch-A-Truck! ****

Not every day you get to see Touch-A-Truck from THIS angle!

One of today's highlights has been the helicopter rides, giving families a chance to take in the Ulster County Fairgrounds, the surrounding countryside, and the beauty of the Hudson Valley from above.

From the ground, it's been a great community event.

From the air, it's even MORE impressive.

We're proud to be part of a day that has brought together local businesses, the New Paltz Rotary Club, first responders, equipment operators, food vendors, and hundreds of families for a few hours of fun and discovery.

There's still one hour remaining, so if you've been thinking about stopping by, now's the time.

We came for the trucks, but we stayed for the brisket!

One of the perks of spending the day at the New Paltz Rotary Club Touch-A-Truck funnand family event is discovering some INCREDIBLE local food along the way.

Today's standout? A brisket and slaw sandwich from Bearded Boy's BBQ that absolutely DELIVERED.

Between the trucks, the families, the community organizations, and the food vendors, it's been a great day at the Ulster County Fairgrounds.

The big truck may get the attention, but it's the little trucks that seem to steal the show!

We've had a great time meeting families, talking with neighbors, and watching kids build their own construction fleets one toy truck at a time at Touch-A-Truck today.

Events like these are a reminder that being part of the community means more than delivering fuel: It's about showing up, making connections, and creating a few smiles along the way.
