🔧 Exhaust leak repaired—and a costly SCR replacement avoided!

This SCR assembly had a damaged fl**ge causing an exhaust leak. We cut out the bad fl**ge and welded a new one in place, repairing the leak and saving the customer the expense of replacing the entire assembly.

🔧 Three broken bolts. All three extracted.

FOR SALE — 2017 Ford F-550 Service Truck — $79,999

Clean, well-equipped extended cab service truck with 137,300 miles, a 6.7L Power Stroke diesel, and 2WD. Great setup for mobile repairs, equipment service, or fleet maintenance.

Equipment includes:

- Auto Crane service body
- PTO-driven 5,000 lb crane and air compressor
- Miller Blue Star 185 welder
- Drawers and shelving throughout the body
- Sliding hard bed cover

Very clean truck with no rust and only a few minor cosmetic issues. The interior is in great shape aside from the driver’s seat bottom. A replacement has already been ordered and will be installed before the sale.

Company lettering will be removed, and the truck will be detailed before delivery to the new owner.

🔧 Broken, seized, and putting up a fight!

This pin wasn’t coming out easily. We welded a nut onto the broken pin and used a 20-ton hollow ram to pull it free. With the old pin removed, we installed a new pin and bushing to finish the repair. 💪

Diagnosed and back to work! 🔧

This wood processor attachment wasn’t operating properly. After testing the machine, we found a failed implement pump, completed the repair, and got it working again.
