Winthrop Residents — Lake Funding Vote 2/23

Winthrop will vote on lake funding — including $4,500 for Maranacook Lake Association.

This funding supports:
• AIS prevention (Courtesy Boat Inspectors)
• Lake health surveys
• Education & volunteers
• Proactive protection efforts

Maranacook is free from known invasive-species because we invest in prevention. Losing this support puts that at risk.

If you live in Winthrop:
✔ Attend the Town Meeting on 2/23
✔ Or submit written testimony (we have a template for testimony)

Prevention costs far less than cleanup. Our lake — and our property values — depend on it.
