Can we ask our customers for a little favor?

If you've ever brought your car to us for repairs, purchased a vehicle, or even just stopped by and had a good experience with our team, we'd love it if you took a minute to leave us a Google review!

We're still a growing, family-owned business, and we're putting so much time, energy, and heart into building something we're proud of. Some days are definitely easier than others, but hearing from our customers makes all the hard work worth it.

Your reviews really do make a difference. They help other people find us, give new customers the confidence to trust us, and help us continue growing.

And don't worry, we read every single one. Sometimes more than once!

So if we've taken good care of you, we'd really appreciate you sharing your experience. It means more to us than you know.

Check engine light on? 🚨

Maybe it’s a sensor.
Maybe it’s a fuse.
Maybe it’s a bad relay.
Maybe it’s a wiring issue.
Maybe a module isn’t communicating.
Maybe your battery keeps dying.
Maybe your car won’t start at all.

The problem is… your car can’t tell you exactly what’s wrong.

A trouble code gives us a CLUE not necessarily the answer.
And the part showing the problem isn’t always the part CAUSING the problem.

That’s where electrical diagnostics come in.

We test circuits, power and grounds, wiring, sensors, fuses, relays and modules to trace the problem back to the actual source.

Because replacing parts until something works gets expensive FAST.

If you know me, you already know how excited I am that fall is FINALLY here.

The crisp mornings, the cooler weather, the leaves changing, soup season… I have been waiting for this.

But with all the pretty fall weather also comes rain, slick roads, and before we know it… winter.

So for October, I wanted our shop special to be something that actually helps make sure everyone is safe on the road.

🍂 OCTOBER BRAKE SPECIAL 🍂
Brake pads: $199 per axle, parts + labor.

If you’ve been hearing that little squeak and pretending you don’t hear it… this is your sign. 😂

Let us check them out and get you ready for the colder months ahead. If you need rotors or anything additional, we’ll always talk to you first (rotors are not included in the $199 special)

I’m ready for sweater weather, colorful trees and chilly mornings.

I am NOT ready for any of you sliding through an intersection. 😂

Come see us at Automotive Concierge KC and let’s get those brakes handled before winter gets here.

We like our options. 😏

A truck with a little attitude.
An SUV with room for everybody.
A sedan that makes sense.
And a few that don’t need to make sense at all. 😂

Because sometimes you know exactly what you’re looking for and sometimes you just need to see the right one.

Either way… we’ve got options.

Which one are you stopping for? 👀
