On my way home from the Kansas City area, I had car trouble near Raytown and had my car towed to Rick's. I know they were busy, but they got me in to diagnose my problem and said they could do the repairs that day.They worked beyond the end of their day and because they wanted to make sure repairs weren't rushed, time to road test it, etc. (I was about 300 miles from home)they asked if I could stay over. They gave me a loaner vehicle, assisted me in finding a place to stay and even helped take my things from my car. They had the car ready In the morning, which was actually a Sat. This family owned business went out of their way to make a not so good situation better...definitely a great customer service model!
Cannot say enough good things about Pat in the body shop and collision repair clinic. I went there a couple weeks ago when my front bumper was torn off in a parking lot. Even though he couldn't get me in immediately he was able to take time to fix it where I could continue driving at no cost - until getting it repaired in the shop. Love this place and the service .....

Rick's Auto Clinic, has been the go to car repair shop, for majority of my family over the last 2 decades. It all started 23+ years ago, when my grandparents attended the same church as Rick Sr., and needed a reliable place to take his delivery trucks to be worked on. Over the years countless friends and family members we've referred, have said nothing but good things about Rick's Auto Clinic, and we've all had good experiences with them.
