🇺🇸 Holiday Closure Notice 🇺🇸

After a busy Fourth of July weekend, Strine Station will be closed on Monday, July 6, so our family and team can enjoy a well-earned day of rest.

🇺🇸 Happy Independence Day from all of us at Strine Station! 🇺🇸

As we celebrate the 250th birthday of the United States, we’re reminded just how blessed we are to call this small corner of Montana home. Our freedoms were earned through the sacrifice, hard work, and determination of generations before us, and today we’re thankful for the opportunity to live, work, and raise our families in this incredible country.

One of the best parts of living in a small town is coming together as a community, and we hope to see everyone at the Raynesford Community Center’s 4th of July Celebration!

🍔 Stop by and enjoy ½-pound burgers and hot dogs, visit with friends and neighbors, and celebrate what makes small-town America so special.

While you’re there, be sure to check out the new concrete work and the newest addition behind the Community Center—another great example of what can happen when local businesses and community members work together. A heartfelt thank you to Powell Log & Timber, Strine Station, HMS Construction, Kibbey Cattle, and Joe & Shelley Kolar for proudly supporting these improvements.

Sunday shop story...

Customer brought in a vehicle running rough with the check engine light on. Scanned the DTCs and found a Cylinder #5 Misfire. The engine definitely had an obvious miss, so we popped the hood expecting to start chasing ignition and fuel system issues.

Instead, we found cat paw prints all over the engine compartment and a spark plug wire disconnected.

Apparently our furry technician decided to perform some unscheduled maintenance and forgot to finish the job!

Misfire repaired, customer back on the road, and we're still waiting on the cat's repair order and ASE certifications.

Question for our followers: What's the strangest thing you've ever found under the hood of a vehicle?

All in a day’s work at Strine Station. 🔧🇺🇸

✔️ Fixed a flat tire for the Geyser School
✔️ Repaired a Ford Triton engine after it blew a spark plug clean out of the head
✔️ Replaced a shorted-out fuel pump in a Lincoln Navigator
✔️ Even managed to rent out a U-Haul trailer in the middle of it all

Never the same thing twice around here — just the way we like it.
