2016 Duramax rolled in with a catastrophic CP4 failure that sent metal contamination throughout the entire fuel system. We performed a complete fuel system overhaul, replacing all contaminated components to ensure a reliable repair.

While we were there, we upgraded the truck with a CP3 conversion, eliminating the factory CP4 pump and providing a more reliable fuel system for years to come. The result is a stronger, more dependable setup built to handle the demands of daily driving and towing.

2017 F350 came in with a rough idle and multiple lost-communication codes, including communication issues with the fuel pump module.

After diagnosis, we found the main power supply to the module had shorted out, causing the communication problems. We got the issue traced down and corrected so this truck can get back to work.

A failing water pump can lead to coolant leaks, overheating, and major engine damage if left unchecked. We diagnosed the issue, replaced the faulty pump, serviced the cooling system, and got this Ram back on the road with confidence.

2023 AT4 3.0 Duramax came in for a forced regen after DPF soot levels climbed too high. Performed diagnostics, monitored exhaust temps and pressure readings, and completed the regen process to help restore proper exhaust flow and performance. Back on the road and running like it should.

2008 Ram 2500 came in with voltage issues causing intermittent electrical concerns.

After testing, we found the battery connectors were worn and not making a solid connection. We replaced the battery connectors, cleaned everything up, and verified the charging system was working properly.
