Warmer weather is arriving to Northeast Ohio, which means that we will all be mowing and concentrating on the appearance of our homes and yards. This weekend would be a great time to make sure that mowers, trimmers and other equipment to maintain your lawns are working and ready to go. This season, we are again loaning our pressure washer to residents that would like to use it to power wash their home. Please remember that you must reserve a day and time to pick it up at the office. Remember, the use is for a 24-hour period. Residents must provide the cleaning solution to use with the pressure washer. Please do not use dish soap or laundry detergent. Only solutions made for pressure washers can be used. Anything else can damage the pump. Also, when you mow is predicated on the height of your grass, not a date on the calendar. Remember that tires must be stored in your shed. The State Of Ohio inspects our communities for violations. State violations can result in very large fines that residents would be responsible for. Tires, vehicles with expired or missing tags, missing addresses on homes, missing or damaged skirting and flat tires on vehicles are some of the things that they look for. If you have any of these issues, please correct them before they inspect. We are not given a time or date for the inspections. They arrive whenever they like. Thank you all and have a great spring!
