Duramax Harmonic balancers are known for shearing the alignment pin at high RPM. This kit is used to drill, and repin the balancer with out having to pull the crank shaft out of the engine, to have a key machined in. This pin kit can be used with the engine still in the truck, only needing to remove the radiator, and intercooler.
