This is a capacitor for an AC unit. Actually two of them... Its been kinda hot this summer and you might find that your AC compressor isn't coming on. Maybe start with one of these. They are pretty cheap and they come from ACE. If that doesn't fix it... maybe try pulling the dead animals out of the condenser box or something :)
