Good evening everyone!
A small public service announcement... 😁😎
I don’t share this to complain. I chose this path, and I’m grateful for every customer who trusts me with their vehicles. I just hope people understand that when you’re supporting a small business, you’re supporting someone’s dream, their family, and every early morning, late night, and questionable amount of caffeine that comes with it.
So if I don’t answer the phone immediately, or it takes me a little longer to get back to you, please know I’m probably helping another customer, buried under paperwork, or in the shop trying to keep everything moving while pretending I totally know where that missing tool went.
Thank you to everyone who continues to support small businesses. It truly means more than you’ll ever know. And honestly, it might also be the reason I’m able to keep buying coffee and pretending I have everything under control. 😵😵💫🥴
