Built out of 3/16” steel, fully welded, and powder coated in house for a clean, durable finish.

Customer needed these parts cut and formed to spec, so we got them knocked out on the plasma table and brake and wrapped up in the shop.

From one-off pieces to production pieces, we handle custom cutting, forming, and fabrication right here in the shop.

Recently we’ve finished up custom roof racks for some trucks.

One of the racks was built to be adjustable for multiple truck models in their fleet, and on the other truck we built a custom rack fitted specifically to that setup. We also mounted the toolbox on the pickup to keep everything secure and job-ready.

Designed around this tractor and setup, with an integrated auger feeding the spreader to keep material moving evenly.

The box, frame, and mounting were laid out to manage the weight properly and keep material feeding consistently through the auger and spreader. Everything was built to fit this application and be straightforward to use and maintain.
